Iāve been having trouble rescheduling my appointment. I purchase voucher through Groupon schedule appt for Mon Oct 28 @ 2:45! I had a scheduled Dr appt same day at 1:20pm. Iām always in and out in 45 min at my Dr . (I had emergency surgery 1 week before) they had to take my gallbladder out but I shouldāve never been in that office 2hours. So the Plush salon said on Monday they would push my appointment out until 3:15pm that day then the girl called me back at 3:15 and I told her Iām still here but Iām waiting on them to bring in my Dr excuse and discharge paperwork and then I can leave she said she would contact her manager and call me back the next day. Which that was yesterday! I talked to another employee from Plush I called the salon yesterday and told the story all over again (of my situation) I asked her if I should just go ahead and schedule my appointment again online? She said let me speak with the manager and someone will call you back tomorrow (which is today itās 9:55pm) no calls from the salon today. I told them I have paperwork showing I was at my Dr appointment Iām not making that upā¦lol I know some people might do that but when I scheduled this appointment for the salon I made it for 2:45pm! Iām only at my Dr. Appointment 30 mins at the longest!!! It only takes me 15 min. to drive from my Dr office to your salon in bexley!! I shouldāve had more than enough time to make it to my appointment for my eyelash extensions. They ( my Dr office) must of been under staffed I waited in the waiting room of my dr for like 20 min until they called me back then I waited another like 20 min and in no time I looked at the time it was 2:40 I was like omg I have to go but they never came back in until 3:00 so I do apologize ! I had no intention of being late if I though they wouldnāt get me in and out like they always do I wouldāve made it for later on that day or scheduled it on another day!! It was an accident and came out of the blue! So Iām going to go ahead and just make another appointment online through the Groupon! I hope nothing else stops me from rescheduling! Iāve never had my eyelashes done this is the first time having it done I was so excited...

Dear Management:
I recently booked a 3:15pm appointment through your website this morning and left a note requesting a 3:30pm time slot. Upon arrival, I was informed that my service would be cut short due to your closing time at 5pm, potentially affecting the quality of the experience. Initially, it didnāt dawn on me to read between the lines so I proceeded with filling out the consent form and waited for Mariah.
Mariahās lack of greeting and poor customer service added to the disappointment. When I questioned the situation, Mariahās expressed confusion about my booking and availability, leaving me feeling rushed and undervalued as a customer. I quote that she said, āYeah, I donāt even know why I let you book. We close at 5. Iām available tomorrow or Tuesday though. Extensions take about 2 hours. Iām sorryā.
So, as a first-time customer(no pre-existing rapport), I was about to pay full price for a job that wasnāt going to be finished that day and trust/accept that my extensions could be finished another day? Iām not a slave and desperate for any service. This couldāve easily been resolved with a simple call ( 30 minutes out) letting me know the appointment time would not be suitable for the requested service due to time constraints.
I got up from the lash table and headed to the reception desk. Despite attempts by reception staff to rectify the situation and offer accommodations, I chose to cancel my appointment. I expected better communication regarding scheduling constraints and a more welcoming atmosphere, especially in a beauty establishment where customer satisfaction is PARAMOUNT. Just like any paying customer, I work hard to provide myself with certain luxuries (I.e., lash extensions).
This experience fell far below my expectations (0/10) . As a consumer, it's essential for businesses to prioritize customer service and uphold their commitments. I will not be returning to this shop and will not recommend...

WOW, she's just absolutely vile!
So basically struggling companies like this who are trying to get new customers in the door, go onto the site called Groupon (we've all heard of that) and offer deals they do not, I repeat, DO NOT want you to USE, nor will they make it easy for you to book anything!
I've already purchased a brazilian wax on groupon but when booking the appointment they want to charge my card for that service, just in case I don't show up.
You know I was fine with that, sure take my credit card number, do what you got to do to schedule my appointment. But apparently the woman on the phone is having a bad day and when she asked me three times to repeat my expiration date on my credit card she told me I was yelling at her because she didn't hear me the first two times and told me she couldn't make my appointment, because I'm yelling at her, which by the way did not happen. I am new to Columbus Ohio, but I have a large friend pool, I guarantee you anyone I meet will know NOT to go here!
I will also have Groupon refund me all my money back and they can go and literally fly a kite.
If anybody would like to hear the recording I have from that phone call I'd be more than happy to send it to you! I'm going to try and see if Google will let me upload it directly to this.
For somebody with multiple sclerosis who has a hard time talking on the phone anyways having a woman like this degrade me and take me from booking an appointment with them as a new customer to refusing to book an appointment because she didn't like my tone of my voice is absolutely ridiculous.
Do not book here, do not book Groupons at this place I would not give them any of your business! What a horrible company to have...
