Had the worst experience of our lives. Everyone is so unprofessional, and this place is just DANGEROUS!!! our young son almost lost his finger when one of the staff was trying to adjust the kart's steering wheel and squeezed his finger SO BAD. He already had his seat belt on when the guy came around on my side to adjust the steering wheel, hurting his finger. My poor kid had his both hands down next to his seat and was following all of their directions. One of the staff even tried to blame him when he was doing absolutely nothing wrong. The other one was yelling me "It was just an accident."The guy who was responsible for this left the place immediately after shouting, "Call an ambulance." Everyone could see how unprofessional they were. They gave us a refund like they were doing a big favor and said all they could do was give us the directions to the emergency room. I don't know how this place is still open. Please keep your kids away from this place. I wish I had taken the reviews here more seriously...

I’ve always loved go-karting—the speed, the tight corners, the adrenaline. But what was supposed to be a fun day at the local speedway turned into an absolute nightmare.

It started when I arrived and noticed the place was way overcrowded. Kids were running around unchecked, and the staff looked overwhelmed and uninterested. I should’ve taken that as a red flag.

Halfway through the race, my seatbelt snapped loose after hitting a small bump, and I literally slid sideways in my seat on the next turn. I was going maybe 20 mph, but it felt terrifying. Then the worst happened—my brakes stopped .
