Senior Citizens Thrift Store — Local services in Big Bear City

Terrible experience and very rude lady. I visited 4 other thrift stores in big bear and this was by far the worst. Cash only which can be inconvenient especially when trying to prevent dealing with physical money. Their prices are listed so low they try to change them at the register! I was buying a child winter coat which are advertised in multiple places as being only $5. At the register a very rude lady tried to charge me $10. She then claimed all kids winter coats were $5 and up and when the pieces of paper CLEARLY say $5 as compared to adults coats being listed as $10 and up. ( I've attached a picture of their prices). She sold it to me for $6 but absolute ridiculous to falsely advertise prices. On top of that, staff was not wearing masks when they clearly have multiple mandatory masks signs on...

The lady that works in front is possibly the rudest lady I have ever encountered. I’m not talking a little rude. She is just a nasty, miserable person and she yells at people as they come in to sanitize their hands and if you don’t she will yell at you until you do.
