This is a really great place. This isn’t a large do-it-yourself store like “alone depot”.

There exists an army of knowledgeable people here that will help you. The gentleman in the back in the lumber yard (I think named Emmanuel)… super dooper great! Daryl made me a key and also helped me navigate big springs telling me where to find some things that I needed for work!

Great guys. Great store. Big springs is very lucky.

The staff here is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I needed a very unique paint color and the folks in the paint department spent a lot of time going through color swatches (current and old) untill they found one that worked ( an old one) The formula was no longer listed so they contacted the paint manufacturer and got the formula in order to mix my paint . The match was excellent. These folks went above and beyond for only two...

Well aside from dancing around the sales counter trying to buy something but with no real line of people and the sales guys just taking the next person at random....we finaly made up to the counter and the guy turns around and takes the customers on the opposite side. They waited on four customers that came from behind us. Screw Harris...
