Went in on a Monday evening around 5:30 they told me it would be an hour & that’s exactly what it was which was fine with me. So the guy the usually does LASHES gets started on me. I tell him I want a simple American French manicure. The whole time he’s working on my nails he’s struggling and the white is completely different from every fingernail. When I tell him I don’t want the white that fat he says okay and keeps curing the nail. When he goes to fix it bc I’ve pointed it out a million times now he drills a huge piece and then goes over with a nude come and doesn’t even make it look good it looks splotchy and all the nails are clumpy looking. By this time I’m over it and just want to leave so I tell him it’s fine and proceed to pay the other guy. He seems to think my 4 year old was going to pay for herself and left her off my ticket but I told him let’s get her added to the ticket (which seems to annoy him) then when they add her to the ticket I was trying to understand why it was so much for just a normal polish no manicure, gel, dip or nothing … I start to look for the prices and he gets irritated and asks what I’m doing. I told Him looking where it says how much a polish change is to which he says I should charge you $40!!! Which makes me laugh bc he’s said with so much attitude … I paid and left never again will I go back to such rude customer service not to mention the LASH GUY doesn’t know what he’s doing either. Also my nails look like they’re grown out and I just got them...

This place is absolutely awful. No staff. The owner or manager I believe his name is Chris had no shame when I brought to his attention my problem with the salon. I normally NEVER give any problems. I was getting a full set and waited about 35 minutes to be spoken to about my set, I asked for a specific nail and I caught attitude. They switched nail techs leaving me to wait again. Then in the middle of doing my set the tech got up and started on another clients nails, I waited patiently until about 25 minutes passed and upon inspecting the job done already, the acrylic was bubbled and not laid seamlessly, my nails were crooked and some even slanted. I told the tech I would pay for the work completed and I would be on my way. He then proceeded to plead to finish and apologized for not finishing. I paid 50 dollars and left the salon without finishing my set. I spoke with the owner and he was unbothered and did not care that I wasn’t happy with my set. In small towns I believe your clients complaints and concerns should be heard and corrected to achieve returnable clients. I was extremely bothered by the interaction and sad to see such a beautiful studio ran in this manner. I will not be returning and I...
