Sunny Side Up Cafe — Restaurant in Big Spring

Not a fan. Way to much tortilla, not enough stuffing. My husband and I got the sausage, egg and potato breakfast burrito 🌯. There was probably an extra 2 inches of just empty tortilla. The sausage had been mashed so much it was smaller than pieces of corn. The eggs where the same way, and there was very little potato. We added jalapeño, onions and cilantro. The only flavor these burritos had was cilantro. Green sauce wasn’t terrible but it held more tomato flavor than anything else and it wasn’t spicy at all. Not to mention, the dude at the window was stuffing his face with food. Which I don’t care where you go, that’s just not something you’d like to roll up too.

Definitely not what we expected for the reviews...

Ordered grd beef and bean burrito and an extra hot sauce. Asked for the burrito to be cut in half. Recieved a literal 6 inch long burrito bigger than my arm and 1 hot sauce. Told the boy at the window I wanted a regular burrito "cut in half" and asked where is the extra hot sauce?... He looked confused as all get out and took the bag from me only to return it with NOW 2 -3 inch burritos and demanded i pay for the Extra hot sauce before giving it to me. Is this absurd or what? I have never had to explain this premise to anyone there before, do you literally have to train these kids from your truck on what you are asking for?...

I have eaten here amd spent a lot of money I finally decided to ask them why they don't make the tortillas better they are super big and way too thick so I asked them to make them smaller and the guy said very rudely no we are going to make them how we always do. So I tried to explain that everyone that eats them tears half of the tortilla off amd throws it away this would save you money as well as make customers much happier and all I got was attitude we spend hundreds of dollars a week here buy tacos for our employees I thi k its time we stop spending...
