GameStop — Local services in Billings

I was 4th in line for a ps5 and the 3 disc version ps5s were sold so I was first in line for the digital ps5. The employees at gamestop said the website was down and they would take our names and numbers down so when the website opened they would call us and we could come down and pay for our consoles and by doing this we would not loose our place in line. I never heard from them so I called them the next day and they said all the systems were sold out. While I'm uncertain about the future of GameStop stores in our progressively online market for gaming, being inside the store gives me hope. The workers are friendly, knowlegable and seem happy at their jobs at all times, the store is set up well and they have good prices, their TV is always playing relevant commentary and reviews on current gaming releases. I called asking for a Nintendo Switch none in particular to which they replied they only had used models. I was calling all around Billings and had no luck finding anything. I get a call back from this store, to be notified they had just received restock of the brand new Oled, Switch which is sold out everywhere.
