Panda Express — Restaurant in Billings

If I could give less than one star I would. I am a frequent customer of Panda Express, and usually have a great experience, but recently service has become absolutely awful. After using the online order so my husband could run in and out to get food, he went there and was told the order was never received, I then called and after getting a little upset about having already paid and them stating they did not have record of the order, it was found, so my husband went back a second time. While there, the customer service was awful, the girl working the counter was rude, and seemed like she could not be bothered by actually having to do her job, I wish her name was gotten so I could personally call her out for her unprofessional demeanor. My husband had to physically get a cup himself because when he asked about the drink with the order she simply walked away. Upon arriving home for the second time, half of our order was missing! I then had to call AGAIN and complain. I was told I would get a refund, but I would physically have to come in to even get it. After this we will not be going to panda express for some time. Kid friendly. Best place to take your child especially if it is their favorite place to eat. On Christmas, family and my I was a little bit under the weather and didn't feel like cooking,and I went there a couple hours before closing, and they helped me out a lot! I explained I only had a certain amount of money and they went ahead and even gave me the best cheapest option plus gave me extra food and helped me out. So we had enough. Went into detail and asked me how many I had and if I want to plates and forks and even give me some snacks for my daughter who's with me they were so helpful and generous ,kind and made me feel the reason for the season Jesus and giving helping others in need or just being kind for no reason other than they wanted to help us enjoy our Christmas a little bit more. The giving our family a little bit of extra food was truly the best Christmas gift ever to see the smile on my son's face and I truly was unable to cook. ....

This was one of the most disappointing lunches I’ve had in a long time. Noodles were chewy and cold, chicken dishes I ordered were uneatable, I threw almost my whole meal away. There was no seasoning on noodles or rice…sooo bland! Uhggggg… There was no customer service. Ice machine had been down for a week I was told by employees and all they could offer was a warm fountain beverage at full price or a $3-$4 dollar bottle beverage in their cooler. Little to no selections in the buffet to choose from and what was available was old and expired looking, and looked even more uneatable than what I ordered. A sad disappointment...I’ve always liked the panda express but I will never be back again to this restaurant.
