Would give it no stars if possible!!!! Had given up on this place after a TERRIBLE experience. Tried it again on Father's day. Bad idea! While waiting to be seated a lady approached the hostess and said they had a to go order and have been waiting 45 minutes. They were told "it's still being cooked". Should have left right then.... We were seated and a nice young girl took our drink order and said they were out of chips and salsa...5:30 PM and out of chips? Should've left then...... I checked my watch and said to my family that we may need to go next door to Pizza Hut. 15 minutes later no server had even acknowledged us. As we stood to leave, the people in the booth next to us who were there when we sat down said that they were leaving also. Went next door to Pizza hut and saw another group of people who had given up on being served at Guadalajara. We will not be giving them a third chance. Real shame to see such a poorly managed restaurant..... I hear the food is not bad, just can't seem to get a chance to...
Read moreHad a 60 dollar dinner with my wife and I, and I always drink coffee with my dinner. I got a half full cup of coffee (cold), and when I asked for a refill, the waitress said "maybe" and took my cup away, brought it back with the same half full cup cold coffee. The waitress then started that no I can't have anymore coffee because they would have to make a new pot. Even though I spent 60$ for dinner and 3.50$ for a half full cold cup of coffee. I called the manager the next day to complain, and she said that is policy with the coffee pot, and would not budge. I guess if a 1$ pot of coffee is more important than 2 regular customers regularly spending 60$ a meal 3 times a month, then this place can kiss my rear, and I will make sure everyone knows about it. Will Never EVER set foot...
Read moreThe customer service is always awsome here... The food tastes great as always.... When I ask for the hottest sauce they have available for the homemade chips... No offense to them, but it tastes just like enchilada sauce.... Which is not bad, it is just a bit on the salty side for flavor, and could use a few chilli peppers, habenero peppers, Pablano peppers &/or Jalapeno peppers, tomato chunks, onions, garlic and cilantro...... For s little better flavor.... Other than that this restraint rocks and is the most authentic (that I know of) for mexican foods... And I grew up in various spots in Colorado, and California where they have some of best mexican style food available.... Thank you Guadalajara for sharing the wonderful pleasures of your...
