Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Billings

Poor customer service from beginning to end. The most rude manager I have ever encountered. He hung up on me two times and left me on hold for over 5 minutes. They were out of 2 of the specials that I wanted to order and they tried to overcharge me, when I would explain the math to the person taking my order, he would whittle off a little at a time. He finally had to get the manager to figure out that 10 + 12.99 + 4 = 26.99, not $29.99, not 27.98, and so on. When my husband went to pick up the order, after waiting for everyone to take time away from counting their money and ask home if they could help him, they didn't have the order, they lost it????? The manager offered to remake it while my husband waited, isn't this why we ordered ahead, so we wouldn't need to wait while it is -25 outside? Never will I ever do business at Billings Heights Pizza Hut, and I hope the West End Pizza Hut has employees who know math and mangers who know great customer service and how to order enough product for a...

Extremely sloppy thrown together pizza's... Really disappointed, stuffed crust was cut into 6 slices not 8 with Extremely uneven slices, with HUGE pockets of sauce at the crusts on only half the pizza. BBQ pizza was sloppy and didn't even have distribution of toppings on the entire pizza leaving one slice almost just bread. And the pepperoni pizza I ordered had hardly any sauce at all with a terrible slicing job leaving it super uneven. Only pizza of my 4 that was actually cut correctly and made right was the box cheese pizza I got with bread sticks. Definitely not worth the $57 it cost.... Guess I just expected better quality or at least an even distribution of ingredients. Not a sloppy fast job with an uneven slicing job.... I place an order online last night with their $5 menu items deal they have going on. They called me a while after placing my order to tell me they were out of medium pizzas. They had the waitress call me and not a manager. My husband spoke with the manager who was very rude. He told us his workers didn't prep enough medium pizza dough and they couldn't roll anymore. So here my problem with this, one it's a Friday night and your running out of medium pizzas even though you have a deal going on with medium pizzas. There should've been twice as many medium pizzas prepared for the weekend. To top it off there was still 2 business hours that they were open and supposedly couldn't roll out anymore medium pizzas. Absolutely worst service...
