When I went to a birthday party for my nephew, I tried ordering for the group while riding passenger when we were 5 minutes from arrival. The idea was to let them know a group was coming in and that 2 kinds of pizzas were being requested at the buffet. I was told they wouldn't take buffet orders in advance. As instructed, we ordered on arrival. I specifically stated that I did not want bacon on the bacon cheeseburger pizza because I have a pork allergy. Halfway into the first piece I realized there was ham buried in the cheese. I knew then that I was in trouble because even residual grease will affect me for weeks. I wasn't going to say anything to the staff because I didn't want to make a fuss at a birthday party, nor did I want to wait for them to make another pizza. I figured what little I ate wouldn't kill me and I would just eat some taco pizza instead. Another from the party mentioned it, however, and was told not to worry because they substituted ham for the bacon since ham isn't pork!!! Obviously the employee has no idea where foods come from. Once she knew the truth, she tried to make the situation right by personally putting on only the ingredients we specifically asked for. Sitting here suffering 2 days later, I am thinking that the gesture of simply making the pizza right the second time was too little and too late. I won't go back unless it is with someone else that...
Read moreI love coming here with my kids. The service is pretty good. We love the atmosphere. Very kid friendly. It can get a little overcrowded, though, which doesn't leave much left on the buffet when that happens. If you walk in and it's busy, just go ahead and make a specialty order. We usually get a pepperoni and a Taco salad pizza brought to our table. If you dont know this already. They will give you a number to place on your table. When it's done, they bring you the pizzas and ask how many pieces you want.. but you can ask for the entire thing. Just make sure you are going to eat it all. Otherwise, it's waist full and the rest could've gone out to the buffet for other people. The games aren't too expensive. If you put $35 on the pizza ranch game room card, they offer you a deal. If you pay $5 more, you'll get a TON of extra points. It's worth it. I've let 3 kids play on just one of those, and they each get to play several games. But you can still do a lot with just $20. There are times we cache afford the game room at all. Other times where i can only do $20, and that's ok. The kids don't care as long as they get to play something, they'll still enjoy it. Cash in points for...
Read moreHad my kids birthday here. Clean and we'll set up ! Arcade was great and those factors are what earned the two stars. The pizza as we all know is your run of the mill Chuckie cheese style place which we all can appreciate as we are looking for variety and cost efficiency obviously. The only reason I didn't give this a.higher rating was because after I arrived to set up the party no one really provided and service aside from the nice busser that came in periodically to make sure the kids hasent destroyed the room. We ordered our first round of pizzas at the counter which was difficult while wrangling a bunch of kids through pizza ranches busy Sunday morning buffet but after they arrived no one ever came by to see if we needed anything. Glass ware, utensils , napkins. So pretty much no service or directions 😂. I am going to change it to three stars I forgot how nice the guy working the prize exchange was my daughter turned two and couldn't make up her mind so he picked up a bunch of random toys and played with them until she chose the coolest one. Thanks dude saved...
