Classy N Sassy Coffee — Restaurant in Billings

I always get the perfect start at any Classy n Sassy location but I don’t know what it is about this specific location on Grand, but the employees don’t know how to properly make all the drinks. I ordered a sunrise perfect start and it was VERY melted and just very liquified as soon as the barista handed it to me. I kindly asked her to add more ice to it but she decided to make a whole new one (very kind of her)…still the same problem though, super melted and not enough ice. I called both of the other classy n sassy locations to tell them about my experience since it’s an $8 dollar drink, but none of the managers seemed to care. One manger hung up on me, and the other one said she would call me back, but she never did of course. Service is usually always amazing but I was very disappointed when I never heard back from either manager. The Grand location doesn’t have the best baristas and maybe because it’s a newer location and new employees, not sure what the exact reason...

You are about 5 minutes away from my house. This not only is the grossest blue bombshell I’ve ever gotten but it doesn’t taste right and it curdled within seconds. I’ve had hundreds of these and this is gross. Every time I go to this location my drink is disgusting. I’m sorry but it is and it also takes them forever last time I went I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for one drink and I was the only one in the line. This location needs to take some serious notes from the people in Lockwood. I would like to keep it as my regular spot for a treat because it’s the only one on my end of town, but I’m about over it. Someone figure it out.

UPDATE: owner reached out and rectified the situation was extremely professional and completely validated my frustration which usually anymore isn’t the response from businesses anymore. It stands why this is my favorite...

They gave me the wrong coffee. I asked for them to make the actual coffee I requested and she told me I’d have to pay again…The previous day the coffee was made without caramel, but today she says that it’s always made with caramel, it doesn’t make sense. I was happy to have found a Veteran owned business who supports the troops, but now I’m just going to stick with Mazevo.

The brassy blonde girl with a scar or something on her nose was rude and unaccommodating.
