Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Billings

We generally order delivery and I usually get boneless chicken wings with either mild buffalo sauce or honey BBQ sauce. Since they never seem to have enough sauce to put a generous amount on the order, I usually purchase extra sauce for my meals.

Today, my wife had a frustrating day and didn't want to cook so we ordered Pizza Hut delivery. My wife had me get three extra Marinara for her food and I ordered an extra honey BBQ sauce for my eight wings.

This is the third time in a row and I have paid for extra Wing sauce for my meal and didn't get any. I tried calling to try and remedy before I posted this review but nobody decided to answer the phone. I waited for over ten minutes for someone to answer and got nothing but a ringing line.

Therefore, I will have to recommend not ordering anything extra from my experiences over the last few months. While the delivery driver was very pleasant, the food left a lot to be desired. Very dry honey BBQ wings that had almost no sauce on them at all. This left me very dissatisfied with the...

Have you ever had a burnt cookie? Yuk! Had trouble with the app last time and didn't get the pizza I wanted so took it back and had to order another one and pay for it. Problem was I had to wait over 45 minutes while they cooked a big order for someone else. The person didn't seem too helpful at that time till she heard me talking about it to others and at the last minute decided to give me a coupon for a large single topping pizza. We only get the double pepperoni which they would not accept the coupon for this one as it was considered two toppings. I had ordered a pizza online with points when I arrived I sat in the drive-through for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for someone to serve me they never came I then pulled up to the front of the store walked in and they informed me that I did not have a free pizza when I had used points so then I then reordered the pizza with points in front of the attendant and showed the $0 total when it then showed up at the store they said I owed them $23 I said well I paid with points so I don't see a reason why I should have to pay for that and they said it's all online and Told me I would have to pay for the order and refused to credit me I have not been treated worse at any place ever and will not...
