More than amazing customer service at the Jensen Jewelers in the Rimrock Mall. I had decided to make the next step, and stopped in to see what options were available, and what exactly I was going to be up against. Right from the initial hand shake, I felt I was in the right place. Kalob, has been great the entire process! So myself, and my (hopefully soon to be fiance) looked into different rings, different diamonds, and different options for all. Kalob was honest, and more helpful than I could have imagined. We, and I alone had gone to other stores in town, looking at other rings, and between hearing the words "cant do that" and being pressured into something either less than the quality we wanted, or more than the budget we had, we returned to Kalob at Jensen. After looking again, found the diamond, and ring combo. Although after about a month now of back and forth, the ring (which is custom fit to the diamond, and we were never told "cant do that") is almost done and in my possession! Through the weeks, and now days left, Kalob has been in contact with me almost daily, and responds right away with answers to any questions I've thrown at him. I've even gotten notice that things are going great and ahead of schedule just today, as I was writing out this review. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone who is as nervous as I, or anyone who appreciates the good, honest customer service. My purchase at this store is only because of Kalob, and his great customer service, and any future purchases will be there as well. Thanks again Kalob, I'll be sure to update this as soon I can convince this woman...

NEVER go here!!!! They are terrible at service after the sale. My husband had a heck of a time getting the ring re-sized and then getting the whole set up he paid for to him before we were engaged. When the warranty work was done on the ring, they put a gold color crown on my white gold wedding ring!!! What kind of jeweler does that?!?! On top of that they also left some of the crowns gold on my wedding band. Sent it back and it still has the off color on my band but at least they chose the right color for the crown this time. Both times we sent very important ring boxes, which were never sent back to us. One of which was my sister's wedding ring box, which wont be returned.... Now we have to send the ring back AGAIN and hopefully they have the ring done before we move. Called the "manager" and all she said she could do was try to fix it again... No paying for our time, shipping, or just plain saying "sorry". Just, what you could do is bring it 4 hours up here and drop it off to not pay for shipping. WOW thanks a lot lady!!!! Three times we took my fiancé's engagement ring in to have it sized. Three times it was wrong when we got it back!!!! The first time it was sized almost 1 full size to small after my fiancé told them that it wasn't gna fit!! The sales lady who's name is Dez was very unprofessional and argumentative and acted like she didn't really care that it wasn't right. An engagement ring is a very important and meaningful thing in a woman's life and when it's taken to a jewlelers they should know that and treat it as such!!!!! This store is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! I would NEVER, I repeat, NEVER recommend this jewelry store to anybody and we will definitely NEVER do business there again!!!! I would rather buy jewelry at walmart than have another experience like that where I have to see my fiancé...
