Sleep number beds are absolutely awesome... until you have issues. Be educated about the bed because in less than 2 years after your purchase, your luxurious bed will slowly leak air. It doesn't matter which model you purchase, from the most expensive down, air mattresses leak and yes, this is a glorified air mattress. He took the time to get to know us right away and established a comfortable environment and not a sales environment.
