I bought my fiance' a turquoise ring here for christmas. They boxed it and wrapped it. After Christmas it needed sized and she wasnt sure if she liked it. So we went back and were looking at a dinosaur ring she liked. I asked the worker if they would take the turquoise ring back without a receipt? A yes or no question. She asked if we put it in a new box because that is not their box. I told her no thats the box you wrapped it in. She then proceeded to take the ring over to her coworker who must work with the rings. They whispered around for a bit, then she came back and said, "you'll need the receipt he doesn't recognize this ring you could have just brought in any ring." Excuse me?
