Last 🌃 my 🦶🦶 got caught ☝️ w/each other & I ended up falling out of my camper on2 the ground & a small pile of 🪵. After I pulled myself ☝️ off of the ground I realized my 📱 was n my back pocket. I pulled it out & sure enough the screen is shattered. I need my ☎️ 4 my job, so I started 2 freak out. Then I remembered that an Asurion Agent told me about their 🏤 up n the Heights. After my 🙍♂️ called & then did an 💻 claim, I rushed 2 the Heights. Meet by a young man, he was very nice, helpful & understood everything. He took my ☎️ & informed me that he & his partner would do their very best 2 get my 📱 fixed but might not b able 2 get it till the next day. They close @ 7. So after sitting n the parking lot 4 almost an hour,(being 5:00) I headed 🏠. 10 minutes later I received a text that my phone was done. I rushed back up 2 the heights & hurried in2 the store. A different young man came from the back, I told him who I was & he left 2 get the phone. He returned with my newly fixed screen & we chatted 4 a bit. Come 2 find out, that young man's name is Drew. He was also the young man who told me about the office in the Heights. Thank you Drew & ur fellow employee 4 working so fast 2 get my phone done. U literally saved my life & my job. Read moreWhile they did fix the screen on my phone in just a few hours, it was returned with zero battery, so I couldn't check it before leaving.
I'm also not thrilled about the phone case they sold me, it's too thick to work w/wireless chargers & too tight to regularly pull off for charging on them & in my opinion, it's not worth it.
Customer service was also very different between dropping off (where it was excellent) & picking up... where we waited for another customer to go over some sort of contract? Call his wife/friend? Then go over whatever contract again... before our presence was even acknowledged by the clerk.
I fully understand, the other customer was there first, and we weren't in a hurry... but to not even nod to acknowledge our presence, while the other customer was making phone calls, just felt "off" & uncomfortable.
However, my main issue w/my phone was just "green screen" & it was fixed (as stated above) in record time...so I'd absolutely use...
Read moreShout out to Justin and Austin!!! The bottom half of the screen on my phone was glitching (after owning it for only a couple months), so I went through samsung warranty to get it replaced. When I got to ubreakifix Justin kindly explained to me that since my phone had a scratch on the back, Samsung will not replace my phone. I, of course, was not happy to hear that... He assured me that he would help me figure out a way to get it replaced... and by golly he did! He walked me through the claim process through AT&T and since I had insurance, it was free! Since I was going to be phoneless, Justin took my husband's info and told me it would be ready in about two hours. When I came to pick it up, Austin gave me the run down on what they did to fix my phone and how they had to clear a decision with my husband since I was unreachable. These guys sure know what they are doing!! My phone looks BRAND NEW and works B-E-A-U- TIFULLY!...
