Taco Bell — Restaurant in Billings

we always have to stop on our way out of billings after a long day of shopping too get 2 party packs of tacos on our way back home too Lewistown MT....wish we had a taco bell in our town cause it's way better then taco time plus taco bell has way better prices and lots more too pick from off the meal an cant forget taco bell has baja mountain dew or baja mountain dew freeze and taco time has nasty coke so I end up getting root beer or Sprite.. but nothing goes better with tacos other then good ole baja mountain dew lol!!! please please come too Lewistown!! we have a great spot on top of the hill just before u go down town it's the once was the brand new Burger King building has been empty I believe either a year or coming up on a year and it only made it maybe 3 to 5 years in town do too the lack of well u have too order food u have too have more then 1 person cooking all the orders and more then 1 person taking the drive thru orders then taking orders as people came inside plus same person taking those orders had too get all the food orders bagged up and plus make up the drive thru drinks and that same person taking and handing out all the orders had too made sure there lobby was clean. I'd stopped going there after u wait 40 to 75 minutes for your food only too drive home pull it out of the bag an be like well I guess I ordered cold fries an cold still very pink burger in the middle tonight or if it wasnt pink in middle still would be cold and then next day or few times u get sick after eating there so I sadly had too say I will not go there any more I'd rather go too no other then good ole McDonald's cause I know its always hot even if they busy for 45 minutes. u know something is wrong when at lunch time an dinner time heres subway pizza hut doc's McDonald's taco time and dash inn and few of the other sit down places all busy with lines 10 plus cars waiting in each place then u go by Burger King or kfc/a&w with 1 each or no cars at all but sadly more then likely any cars that went thru either of those 2 places were not from fergus county only cause only takes a few people getting sick here or everytime your food is cold an then they won't be back an then they tell there friends which tell theres so then it leads to them not having...

Worst taco bell in the western united states, the place is an absolute MESS, Food everywhere, counters floor meal prep stations, some employees not using gloves wiping there faces then handling food. Trash on the floor next to trash cans instead of in the can. With no one infront of me other than a small doordash order, in took 15 minutes to make 3 soft tacos the poor girl moves so slow and looks like she hates her life. And then you have the employees on the drive through side cursing and complaining about how things arnt in his pay grade he wont do them. Trashy,not dressed appropriately, tweeker vibes all around. The atmosphere is like waiting in line in hell knowing it only gets worse. The only good thing is the lady up front that seemed cheerful however, she seems like shes waiting for a "fix" this tacobell needs a complete overhaul. Manager needs to go back and complete training all over and bring in non tweeker looking ppl that actually care. Ive been all over and seen hundreds of tacobells and this one is by far the absolute WORST. In all areas. Even door dashers hate picking up from this one, as two mentioned it while i was waiting. And finally the food was horrible. The beef was not warm enough, old tasting and the left open tortillas were stale, the Owner needs to grow a pair and fix the store, this isnt the "ghetto" people here have no idea how good they actually have it. 7-3-2024, around 6pm, we went into this Taco Bell with high hopes that our order was going to be correct since they never usually mess up our order, however this time was a total flop at 6 we get in and order via the kiosk tablet option since it's easier than telling the person our order since we like to alter things, by 6:10 more people were coming in and the I assume manager said they only had trainees and they're a bit backed up, understandable we find a seat. We can hear every little thing they're saying in the back and they repeatedly mentioned they only had trainees not once did they stop orders or informed new customers that they were behind. By 6:30 we get our food and leave, I finally get home to enjoy my meal and find out they don't know what supreme means on there menu I didn't get sour cream or tomatoes on my Supreme soft taco, Supreme chalupa, nor did I get any on my nachos just cheese and beef. Next time please put a note on the door or inform us better than just we have trainees or complain that you're now behind on breaks due to high volume of customers. Never can go wrong with politeness and a piece of paper explaining what's going on than openly complaining in front of your customers while we are patiently waiting...
