Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Billings

To give this 1 star is sooooo sad! 1st of all order was made with huge bubbles and gaps of cheese missing as if it was a game to avoid the area. I asked to cashier who was very sweet to please re make. She stated that she mentioned it to the manager and got yelled at! The "general manager" Courtney came up And looked at it and rudely stated " what's wrong with it?" I told her I would like it fixed and she got so mad. I mentioned that her employee thought the same thing and you yelled at her. She turned red grabbed the pizza and threw it away! Then went into the back to yell at the employee before making the pizza. I wish that was the worst. She then had the worst hygiene! Ordered a pizza, waited over an hour for delivery. Finally called store and opening manager tells me that the driver is in his way back to store. We have no pizza, nor does the hotel front desk. I ask for refund, and Jay (who was very nice by the way) instructs me to call the 24th St location to surreal with general manager. I call, and wait on hold for over 45 minutes with no answer. I contact PJ customer service which is outsourced overseas of course, and they tell me that I need to do the same thing. I call back to the store and sit on hold. I've been on hold for 4 days now.... still hoping for a refund for the pizza that was never...

This is by far the worst pizza place in Billings. We ordered at 8pm. At 9, we called, and they said they were having computer issues and were starting our order. At 10, we called again. They said they forgot, and were starting it now. At 11, we call yet again, and they say they are closed down, but our pizza is sitting on the counter, and they were sending a delivery driver immediately. 11:30, we call, and they don't answer.
