Taco Bell — Restaurant in Biloxi

If I could give zero stars I would. We were treated so rudely by the staff this evening. We placed our order, paid for it and when we got to the window we were missing one of the two sour creams that we ordered. The young man in the drive through told us that he only charged us for one and that we would have to drive away and go to the end of the drive through line to get our other sour cream. We told him that we are happy to pay for it but don’t think that we should have to go get back in line to fix their mistake. We requested to speak to the manager. She came to the window, told us that she didn’t need our attitude without even asking us what was wrong, took our dollar and threw the change on the floor. My husband had to get out of the car to pick it all up. When we asked her for her name she said Alice and slammed the window on us. I really hope this interaction was videotaped by the company. I have never had such rude, horrendous customer service as we had tonight. We will never go back to this Taco Bell on Cedar Lake road. This manager needs some serious customer service training. If I ever heard one of my employees speak this way to a customer they would be fired on the spot. It is...

Update: I ran through the drive thru last night. Pleasantly surprised with quick service and good workers. They had a paper posted with adjusted hours, but when I went to change it on here I found the store already had. They must have changed managers or something because this is a big improvement. PS - drive thru only at present, no dining room.

Update - I've had issues with wrong soda, incorrect food, and the drive thru repeatedly closes before the posted hours. Tonight the drive thru was close at 12:32 when they're supposedly open till 1am.

Update: I ordered a meal posted as a five dollar deal and was told that the price was incorrect....I needed to pay more. When I asked why they weren't honouring the posted price the manager(?) informed me that they were waiting for someone to update the sign. Then when I paid they wouldn't give me a receipt because the printer was broken...😒...after I got to my destination I realized they'd given me the wrong drink...it's not worth it!

I travel to the Taco Bell in Dibervilke on dibervilke blvd because the food is good, so is the service, and they always have whats on their menu making it worth the extra 3 and a half or 4 miles out of my way for Taco Bell even though I have a Taco Bell less than a mile from my house on Cedar Lake Rd. The one on Cedar Lake Rd is trash, food is nasty, they are always out of food on half if not a majority of their menu , the staff is very rude and unprofessional even being very vulgur towards customers using obscenities on the drive thru intercom and at drive thru window. I think they should fire everyone and rehire or just close the doors for good. I have never seen a restaurant operated in such an unprofessional manner, especially one that can't seem to order enough food stock to constantly be out of most of the items on the menu, and all the unprofessionalism that is going on there. And I am not the only person that has felt this way or been treated this way, read your yelp, and urban spoon reviews for this particular restaurant. And if I could give a zero...
