Some questionable hours on the weekends. But I guess this gym is mostly for trainees in tech school. But it didn't open until noon on a Saturday. Those kids even have to be awake. But the weekday hours are nice. Speaking of tech schoolers, if you come between 1645 and 1800 it's likely to be full of them. The rest of the day is good and this spot has a lot of weights and a wide variety of machines. So pretty good overall.
Edit: I'm now permanent party here. There are a few things I wished they had like a sauna and assisted pull ups. But this remains a great place to workout when not full...
Read moreIf you're able to, come during the day. It's basically two different gyms when the pipeliners are there and when they're in class.
Otherwise it's a straightforward open gym floor, mostly focused on lifting and strength training. The weekend hours are really tight for some reason and the fitness Center doesn't follow the training/non-training schedule, so always check what their Friday hours are before you take your pre-workout!
