Oishi Japanese Express — Restaurant in Biloxi

Oishi in Biloxi is by far the absolute WORST restaurant I've ever given my money to!! I really wish there was a way to give no stars to show how I really feel about this place. My wife and I ordered food to go from here (becsuse we live 5 mins away, but it always takes 1 hr to be delivered) and when we got there one of the employees tried to turn us away(it wasn't even near their closing time) before we could even get out of the car to explain we were picking food up. We ordered 3 things. 2 miso soups and plain fried rice. When we got home, we realized instead of plain fried rice they had given us someone's sushi, not only that, it had the world's cheapest seaweed in the miso soup that looked like leeches. When I brought it back, the guy who took the order and gave me the food, was extremely rude. Even when he apologized it wasn't sincere, but seemed as though he said it because I gave him an odd look like "Really? You're not even going to apologize for the inconvience?!?" So with that being said, I highly encourage people to not be fooled by their low prices, because it really is a matter of, "you get what you pay for". Take your money somewhere else, because if you go here, you will be disappointed. The service used to be good when they opened, but it has definitely gone downhill and I will never give this place another penny...

Ordered a summer roll, the lady on the phone kept getting confused, ended up with 3 sushi rolls. I asked for the combo, with 3 rolls plus a summer roll. Again, got salmon, she kept confusing it. Decided to go with it, got my sushi. Tried my sushi, all the spicy tuna was warm and tasted like sweat. The rice tasted old, the only bearable one was the california roll. I had been craving sushi, I know I wont be going here again. Edit: I asked for a refund, she wouldnt give me one unless i drove over there. Keep in mind I have a curfew at 10:00pm, and no ability to drive off base. She refused over and over again unless i showed here the food in person. She told me shes had the restaurant open for 16 years, has never received a complaint. She had her driver, come back to check my food. The driver was extremely nice and agreed that i had only ate 2 pieces of the 4 rolls I got. 2 pieces. Thats how nasty it was. After a long time of having her accuse me of trying to get free food, lying about her not knowing how to refund, she finally voided the ticket and the driver took the meal. All happy, right? Well no, its November 6th, havent received my refund and my bank was notified about it....

I was pretty hungry so I decided to call and order from the only Japanese restaurant "Oishi". So I call and Person 1 answers and says "hold on". Person 1 gives the phone to Person 2. Person 2 proceeds to take my order. After I'm 3/4 of the way done ordering, Person 2 says "hold on" , and gives the phone to Person 3. Person 3 says (in broken English)" go ahead". I ask for an order of Chicken Habachi with onions, zucchini and summer squash. I must have repeated the vegetables 4 times. She then asked me "what does summer squash look like'. I had to sit there and explain to a grown woman what a Vegetable looked like. After another painful 5 minutes of finishing my order I was finally finished. It's safe to say I Will never order from this place again. I should have learned the last time when I ordered Chicken and Shrimp Habachi and vegetables and ended up just getting chicken and rice. This place is too expensive for these kinds...
