I wanted to get off cigarettes so I looked up "vape stores near me" and it showed this being the closest store.

I went in not knowing what I wanted for sure. I thought they would be able to provide me with information about what would work best for me. Right after providing them with all the information on how I wanted to quite they tried to sell me on one of those huge box-shaped devices that cost way to much and are way to big in my opinion. After that, they showed me the smok novo. I thought this would be great for me. There were no buttons and didn't I have to change out the filters.

They took me through liquids and asked what nicotine strength I wanted and being so new to this I had no idea so I asked the person for their recommendation on what would feel the most similar to what I was smoking. They said based on the amount I smoked and what kind of cigarette I smoked a 50MG would be best. I can tell you now that this was far from the truth.

I set it all up on my own at home because they didn't offer to show me how when I was there. The instructions in the box were easy enough to understand. So after waiting a few minutes for the filter to suck up the liquid, I take a drag off of it. I swear to god I felt like I was dying, I felt like I was going to pass out. It was sooooo strong.

I ended up going somewhere else to get set up with a better liquid for me. they provided me with better information and customer service. Because of the other place, I'm going to now I have been off cigarette for three weeks now.

So the conclusion I have come to about this place is that they 1. They are just trying to sell the most expensive thing they can to you, 2. their customer service needs some solid work and most importantly 3. they don't know how to match the best product based on what your need are.

I come here often. My go to product is the salt nic liquid but today i wanted to try the disposable brand Puff Plus. This brand has a website to verify the product authenticity. I put the scratch code from the box and it shows up invalid product and not to use it. I called the business to express my concern that they may have purchased counterfeit products; they said that they purchased it from the company but online stated that this company has been suspended from all sales. They won't issue a credit but i didnt ask for refund. I asked for exchange to a different product that i usually buy and they said they cant do so. This is bad for business to buy from them they do not hold themselves accountable for their own product authenticity. I will not be giving them my business and i highly recommend you dont either. They dont care about their customers. If in fact i get sick from their product which they suggested legitimate product, i will sue this business. There is an employee named Austin who refused service to me because another person in the store was under age. I told him i would like to make a complaint and he called his manager and completely twisted my words around right in front of me. This guy is going to run off a lot of business. I have been a loyal costumer to this store and just because another costumer was under age and walked in at the same time as me he refused my service. I will bring my money else where and i will make sure everyone I have recommended to this store goes else where as well.
