Always a hit.

This place is so wonderful. Their selection is always beautiful, delicate, delicious, and magical. I went to culinary school and usually I spend time at eateries analyzing dishes, thinking about how I'd do it or whatever. Here, not so much. Here, I'm just eating to be amazed.

Everything this team touches is golden. Sometimes literally, the minimalist gold brush strokes that adorn some of their confections are just beautiful.

When people visit me I make a point to bring them here. When I need to give a gift or token of appreciation, I buy Chocolata bars and gift boxes.

When I want so pick me up, I get some bag of four truffles and walk home with them.

Please try the white chocolate bar with rose petals, pistachio, and cocoa nibs.

Please try the strawberry goddess bark, with lavender and all kinds of good crunchy additions.

Please try the dark chocolate amarone bonbon.

Please (please!) Try the rosemary caramel dipped in white chocolate. The herbacious salt interplay with the sweetness is just. Too. Good.

Chocolata provides such a whimsical and elegant approach to chocolate. I love the celestial feel of it and the owner is always so nice and involved every time I’ve been in to visit! The chocolate bars and bonbons make excellent gifts. One of my favorite things she does is the specialty bunnies and shapes for Easter. 10/10! Definitely recommend! I recently discovered their “crater crunch” bar and I feel like I need to keep it in my house at all times 🤩

They even have a “Zen Collection” of chocolate bars with CBD in them. She has won even more of my loyalty with the recent pride collection! 😍

I didn’t want to leave just 1 star as I have yet to try their product. I happened to be downtown on a Tuesday, checked their website for operating hours and was told they were open. Wanted to surprise my girlfriend as she loves the chocolate there. Paid to park in the closest lot I could find, walked to the door to find a sign saying “closed for production”. I understand things happen in business, but I was disappointed that there was no website update or any indication stating that they would be closed on a day that was listed...
