I wanted to love this place. The ambiance and the food earned the three stars, the service lost the other two. For one, I am pregnant, and was so excited that there was a non alcoholic rosé option. When it was brought out, I jokingly asked her to promise me there was no alcohol in it. She said she would go double check but seemed confident. About five minutes later she came back and apologized and told me she had given me the wrong thing and replaced it. I understand mistakes happen but this is a big one and I hate to think that I would have drank the whole glass had I not made the joke about promising it was non alcoholic. I did still pay full price after the mix up as well. Our service overall was subpar aside from this. We had a lovely meal and excellent reasonably priced wine at the RED OR WHITE RESTAURANT. The restaurant has pizza, small plates, and boards. We had the vegetable board which had crispy roasted potatoes, roasted green beans, delicious aioli, beets, grilled yellow squash, and mushrooms. We also had the chicken board which had grilled airline chicken, fresh tomatoes, a chicken liver pâté, and selected cheeses. The boards are accompanied with various sauces and d spices. Don't ever come eat here. My food delivered first and the person I was dining with waiting 15 minutes and their food had still not arrived, we placed our orders at the same time. There was no apology to be given, no manager to come speak to us. Just excuses. So I sat and didn’t eat my food waiting for my guest food to not arrive. When I asked for the check that is when recovery began, by then it’s too late for it to be fixed. You all should be ashamed of yourself. I was someone who would frequent this place a lot but I will never again give y’all...
