Horrible! I came in today and the manager nor the employee that was up front greeted me. It was only one employee that decided to help me with no hesitation and a smile. The manger complained out loud in the store about having to walk back and forth to help an employee do an exchange. I wanted to try on an item; I went and found a employee and when I asked for help, she answered me with a huh. When I checked out, I wanted to get my layaway; the employee could not find it. By this time it was two women behind me and one was getting aggitated for waiting and was looking for the manager. So I went to complain to her about the experience, she gave me excuses and defended her position. I told her I will NEVER be back. I rather shop at the one in Crestwood. Also I went and thanked the young lady who helped me and told her she should be the manager. The manager you guys have over your store is a Joke...

This store definitely isn’t what it used to be. It was a hidden gem, now it’s barely hanging on. The inventory is blah. Every now and then they have some awesome pieces, but for the most part it’s lacking. I’ve been to the Crestwood location multiple times and they were closed when they were supposed to be open, presumably due to staffing. They now have “temporary” hours of 12-5 for both stores. Good urban clothing but they need more of a children's selection and they need more clothes really there inventory isn't...
