Here we go again....I guess I'll just stop sending folks here from now on. Beautiful furniture but not much care at all given to customer service after money has been spent. Very deceptive. My family has spent around $30k at this location at my referral, but has reported to me some pretty bad experiences with being severely overcharged, unkept promises on staggered deliveries of back ordered items, as well as, delivery guys acting very unpleasant and unprofessional onsite leaving trash/boxes undisposed of properly. Also no efforts were offerred by leadership to remedy or compensate the customers for the various inconveniences. This is definitely the end of the road for us and I know by the way you do business this means nothing to you but it will over time affect the receipts of this store if the problems are not addressed. If we or any of my friends need anything else, we will shop at one of your competitors whom we have never received such shoddy service in the past. I'm not sure what's going on here, but it's not worth the time. Please get it together. The future of your business...
ย ย ย Read moreI think the young lady named Tisha (spelling) may be the owner. Hopefully she will take my advise and not allow someone in training to arch eyebrows without supervision. If this means a customer has to wait for her (Tisha) or the other more experienced lady to finish their in-chair client(s) then it is for the best. A person's face is not to be Played with or Trained on when they are PAYING! This was my 1st visit. I didn't enjoy it. I wished I had taken a photo after the trainee (Summer) had botched up my brows but I was so upset I had to massage my temples to stay calm. Tisha did do her best to fix them. Then tinted them. And she took $2 off the $22 charge. Although I didn't want free service, I thought that was a slap in the face for how thin my eyebrows had to be done because of the botch job from the trainee. Tisha, I expressed myself to you before I left the store so I hope you took it serious because someone else might not be as patient or understanding. Get the trainee TRAINED before you offer her up as an employee who knows what they're doing.
