Taco Bell — Restaurant in Birmingham

I don’t do reviews very often, but my experience at this location on 6/25/19 stuck with me to the point that I feel I need to. I ordered my meal via the app like I do most times when I’m at work, the order went through, I had it for pick up in store, and before I even made it to the location it stated “Your order is ready for pickup” This was wrong all together, the order wasn’t made at all, and instead I had to sit there for 15 minutes before the cashier called out again, like she did when I got there, letting everyone in the back know once more I was there and what was the hold up. Apparently they had bumped my order before it was ready and never made it. After she announced I was there for the 2nd time some other woman, dressed like a mgr, told me to wait 5min and finally came up from the line to see my order on the app. She listed off everything I had, I advised there were some modifications to one item, she looked at me, and then back to the line where she just listed off the order. I got my food after sitting for another 10 minutes to which I did not have the side sauce I had ordered/paid for, and the burrito was not modified at all. The cashier noticed I was looking through the bag and asked if everything was okay, instead of just waiting for another 8-10 minutes asked for my modified burrito I just asked for the side order if sauce, she had to stop what she was doing to go get it, and I just thanked her since she apparently was the only one that knew what she was doing. When I say that I do mean it as she had to call out names that the cook just kind of mumbled, she had to turn around and correct orders, call out that things were wrong on more then 3 occasions whilst I was there. Overall the service was awful, the time was slow, and the only person who even seemed to know what she was doing was on the til.

This Taco Bell location is bogus. We waited in a long drive thru line at night to get our online pick up orders. Their front door was locked so we couldn’t pick up from inside. Once we got our order after a 30 minute wait, we realized that they forgot to give us a fork for a bowl that we cannot eat without utensils. I knocked on the front door to ask for a fork, and they were very rude and screamed at me from the inside that I have to go back in the long drive thru line to ask for a fork. So YOU forgot my fork? And IM supposed to inconvenience myself and wait in your unreasonably long drive through line to get that fork when you could easily just give me one instead of spending all your effort screaming at me? Ruined my friend and I’s plan to get some Taco Bell, eat in the parking lot, and catch up. Plus we had an errand to run after but because yall took so long, the store closed. I know the workers are overworked and underpaid, but I wasn’t asking for much at all. You’d think I asked for their cash register if you saw their reaction. Yup I’m not...

I ordered my food the cashier was laughing playing on her phone when i asked the manager if she could please have her employee playing over my food she looked at me and frowned. Once i got my food my quesadilla was thrown together and the wrong meat when I asked her if she could remake it because it was thrown in the bag and the wrong meat she huffed and puffed and snatched the food out of my hands and remade the food with the right meat but thrown it on the front counter if I wasn’t look From my seat in the lobby I would have never known my food was ready because she never called my order out. I told her she is very rude to a paying customer i want her district manager notified she states to me that she is the district manager for today anything i need to say say it to them clearly she was a shift leader i just grabbed my food left and stated i will notify the authorities because i feel threatened. I will never ever return to such a low standard taco bell of such in my life horrible service . If I could give them a Zero score I would give them...
