Toyota camry Auto starter purchased and installed. I emailed them to ask if they had a compatible starter for my make and model, they gave me a price of $600, then $400, no details or features just trying to get a deposit and name on the list. I showed up to book the appointment because they did have the lowest price for starter and install. that went fine. Appointment was booked 10 days later. they called me the friday before to inform me the wire adapter had not arrived in the mail yet and pushed me back 3 days. Totally understandable and gave me plenty heads up. Thank you to that associate. I arrived early like instructed to a closed store at 9am. Was informed that it should take 3-4 hours. I called at 2:30pm( 5 hours later) with no word from them yet, the man said he would run back and check, then give me a call back. He did not call me back. its now 3:30 pm when I call back, they transfer me to the installer. he said that his computer texted me. I received no text or email or call. it was finished. I go to pick it up I arrive at store with one associate talking to a woman holding boxes showing me no acknowledgment. I walk back to an empty desk, wait 30 seconds then ask for help another associate comes out and then goes on to ramble about not memorizing all the jobs he had today and doesnt ask me for any information. I had to lead the conversation before he handed me someone else's keys. He then ask if i would like a copy of the receipt.
He did not give me any kind of tutorial or how to instructions. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service i was shown for spending over $400.00 and I made it as easy as possible to make this sale and they gave me bare minimum, I cant speak for the auto start itself yet, but I was just chapped enough to leave this based on the service rendered thus far. Chapped enough to figure out how to install it myself next vehicle. Glad I know how to install my speakers based on the other reviews left...
Read moreWow I am really surprised I actually was going to get auto DVD player and all speakers at Best Buy and have them installed but I considered Pacific Sound and omg it was a really bad mistake. Save the long story and lets get to it. I had a DVD player installed and it did not play dvd, the tech made an educated decision to not connect the wires that allowed me to watch dvds; that is exactly what he told me. So when I called to have it fixed I had to make an appointment later the week and once I got there the tech told me he would charge me $75 to connect the wire to the car so I can watch movies. it should have been done the first time; I am not going to pay you more money to do the job which should have been done initially; so after explaining to desk clerk I will not pay a single dollar for anymore labor he agreed it should be free. I come back later the week and they get it correct. Well two days later I'm upgrading my reverse lights in my trunk where I realized my back right speaker was not even connected so I called to the office to let them know and I got a run around then I was told they would contact me to fix it. Well I was never contacted so I basically went online to find out how to do it myself; I should be getting some money back for my labor, I will never go to that place again. I actually went to them because I thought they perhaps would be more experienced than Best Buy; wow $700...
Read moreVery unprofessional and unreliable. They come off as not wanting business. Purchased remote car starter, and made an appointment to install. I got a confirmation text with the wrong time. I called to confirm the correct time, and they said they couldn’t install that day, despite a confirmation text, so had to reschedule or they would just give me my money back and we could go somewhere else. I took my vehicle down on the new rescheduled time. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30, and 3 hours later I went to check on it if it was done. When I got there they said they didn’t have the right parts so couldn’t do it. So I sat in Bismarck for 3 hours for nothing. I did get my money back and will be going...
