T.J. Maxx — Local services in Bismarck

Every time I am in this store the customer service is disgusting. The only okay experience I have had is up at registers when I have a younger employee checking me out. It really seems like they don’t care about the customer at all and are annoyed that we are shopping or if we ask questions. I love TJMAXX so much and wish that it was a more comfortable place to be, but very uninviting. In my experience today I was pushing my cart into the aisle and I accidentally brushed a clearance rack that was in the main aisle due to them discounting items. I believe the manager, or one of the higher ups I always see there, saw it and made a comment which was loud enough for me to hear which was something along the lines of “dear lord” in a very rude tone. It wasn’t my intention to brush my cart against the clearance rack that was clearly in the way of the aisle, but she very obviously was annoyed and said it loud to almost shame me? It is so sad to see a store with so much potential have such terrible customer service....

I used to love this place until this afternoon when my mother and I were treated like we were going to steal items. The gal at the dressing room glared and spoke rudely and forcefully about the clothes we were going to trying on then upon exiting the dressing room she inspected everything and again was rude. It us her job so we understand but the attitude that came with it was uncalled for. She was aware wenot pleased with her treatment of us so she pulled the manager aside to "warn" her about us...she was not discreet and was pointing towards us and eyeballing us as we continued shopping. i asked for help on a few items and the employees told me several times "somewhere over there" the lady who checked me out was pretty rude and customer service was extremely low-i found a pallet on clearance without a sticker and asked at checkout what the price was " she radios to do price check and made it sound like i took it out out on purpose to get a better deal then doesn't tell me the price , i spent 180$ there and left that store feeling pretty gross and not welcomed at all. i will say this is the 3rd time i've been there and i usually shop later in the day-the younger staff are much more helpful than what i just...
