Pancheros Mexican Grill - Bismarck Century — Restaurant in Bismarck

I have now been to this location twice, and I don't think I'll ever return. Now I want to start out by saying that the food isn't that bad. It's not amazing, but it's fairly good. Tortillas are really good. However, the food is definitely not fresh, and who knows how long they sit in the warmers for.

The one takeaway I got from my second visit is that the employees do not seem to care about the place at all. Customer service is pretty bad, and the place is pretty filthy. The food isn't fresh at all. Went to get Raspberry tea from the fountain drink area, and it was basically just water. Now, if this was right after lunch hour, I would have some understanding, but both times I went, it was around 3:30 in the afternoon and there were just a few people there. This is when the place should have been clean. And if not, this should have been when someone was cleaning. There were at least 4 employees working, not one of them were cleaning anything or making fresh food from what I could see. One of them went to get a drink from the soda fountain but didn't clean one thing up over there. I gave two stars simply because the food wasn't too bad, but I certainly wouldn't recommend eating out at this restaurant simply because of the quality or...

I contacted Pancheros three days ago regarding placing a catering order for a business lunch I was hosting. The voicemail stated that someone would get back to me shortly. I received no follow up call from the store. I attempted to call again two days ago and left another voicemail, again no response. Finally, I stopped into the store location right as they opened today and a nice woman took down my information. She explained that there might have been an issue with their phone system. She took my catering order and told me she needed to get approval from her manager who would be back in 30 minutes. I left my phone number, but never received a call back.

I stopped in again later in the day to confirm the catering order I placed earlier in the day. Two staff members greeted me and went back to speak to the manager. A few minutes passed and one of the staff members came out and told me their manager said they couldn't do the catering order. This has left me in a bind and the lack of communication from the store manager is very disappointing. Luckily, I was able to call Qdoba and they were able to accommodate a large catering order on...

Great food. Eat here very frequently. Always satisfied, with heaping portions if you order correctly.

To the people who say it's dirty: Sometimes it's messy (nothing over the top), but, that's due to a line wrapping around the door. If you can't relate you've never worked food. I spend my lunch break here and rest after I'm done eating. After the rush clears out the entire place is cleaned top to bottom, sparkly clean.

Lower than average turnover rate for food workers. Familiar staff that remembers my name and my order, very friendly. The owner even remembered my name.

If I could change one thing it would be consistency of product. Each burrito-artist has a noticeably different final product. Perhaps that's a good thing because I eat there every day.
