The Appliance Outlet — Local services in Bismarck

I would strongly advise not buying an appliance from Appliance Outlet unless you like to gamble. They claim their appliances are new but the one we got had clearly been hooked up before as it had pipe thread compound on it. When we confronted them with this information, they said appliances are previously hooked up for testing purposes. If that’s the case then they would know that the oven was not in working order. My mom gifted us this oven and it did not work from the moment it was plugged in. Jokes on us for purchasing from Appliance Outlet because they don’t accept returns. I waited till after dealing with the warranty process to leave a review since there is thankfully a 1 year manufacturer warranty (how convenient for Appliance Outlet). After having the service tech come over and waiting weeks for the parts to come in and be replaced, the oven still doesn’t work!!!
