I have to start this off letting you know that I only review things if I have a really good or bad experience.

So I spoke with the owner Seth, who is very professional, a week ago about their monitoring service, which is a better price by far (more than 50%) than anyone else i have found (All Tech is the 3rd provider i have had in 10 years). I had Kyle out today, who was very knowledgeable on their equipment as well as the equipment i already had in place.

Just a little back story, my previous provider came in and disconnected all my wired equipment (from the provider before them) telling me it would not work with their system, just so i would purchase new from them. Seth with All Tech came in today (after i had committed to All Tech and discussed buying more glass breaks from him to extend my coverage) and let me know that every piece of equipment that i have is in good working condition and has the ability to be configured to their system (as well as the system i had before) and he made it all work flawlessly, which saved me some money because i didn't need to purchase new equipment after all.

At the end of the day i feel like i am in very good hands based on the honesty and hard work that was delivered today, not to mention the price is amazing. I will definitely be recommending the Team over at All Tech to anyone that is looking for a freshly installed system or an older system that needs monitoring at...

Initially, we worked with Joe as he walked us through all of the services that Alltech provides (which is a ton). This process was surprisingly hassle-free; we were able to share exactly what we wanted for our home and not feel pressured to do more. We were able to learn a lot during this consultation, as well as make the best decisions with respect to both our interests and our budget.

For the install, we had the privilege of working with both Brandon and Kyle. They are both AMAZING. Both of them are true professionals and excellent at their craft. The care that they showed for us, our home, and the work that they did really blew us away. The final results were more than we could have hoped for. If you're on the fence about choosing Alltech, I would say that the expertise that the techs carry would be more than enough to convince anyone. I really can't say enough good things about them.

Alltech has been one of the least reliable, most unprofessional and unmotivated companies we've had the displeasure of doing business with. We had constant issues with our security system and always had to call multiple times over several days to get someone out to "fix" it when something went wrong. I literally had to set myself reminders when I called them to fix something to call again the next day, because the majority of the time no one shows up. When someone does finally show up, the repair was always some hobbled together improvised mess that never lasted. The last few months of using them, we called repeatedly to fix one of our keypads that was stuck in "waiting to bind" mode, it was totally useless while we waited for a technician that eventually never came. This finally drove us to find another company, who informed us that the reason our system that Alltech installed was so unreliable is that it was residential grade hardware installed in our 40K square foot building.
