In regards to Caleb (title/position unknown) Iāve never had an experience with an electronic/phone store like what I had Saturday night.I accidentally called the wrong store that was farther from me and got treated like some what of a nuisance I imagine because our issue was not related with spending hundreds of dollars. I was then directed to my local store this 1 towards downtown Bixby on memorial and was greeted by a extremely respectful friendly voice over the phone who invited me over to the store to resolve my issue I showed up very late close to closing time and felt bad/grateful assuming he would have to stay late to fix our issue. To my surprise I decided to look at some phone cases while he worked and he was done installing a new activated sim before I even really even had the opportunity to shop around. Where you would expect to then be harassed to spend hundreds of dollars on stuff you donāt really need. He instead asked me what else I needed and then offered to walk me through whatever product I was interested in. By the time we were done I felt very satisfied in what I had bought from him seeing as I did have products I was interested in but donāt usually shop in person due to salesman. I believe they were supposed to use an upgrade we had and my son clearly thought thatās what they did. They said nothing about opening a new line but they opened a new line on my account, and did not use the upgrade. furthermore when I got my bill with the installments a month or two whenever they went on a month later I noticed that instead of it being like six dollars a month with the trade-in, there was no trade-in so the phone we traded in never got applied to the transaction. I called and complained about this. I have been calling and complaining about this for months since September 2022 And Iāve been a customer for 18 years yet. AT&T has done nothing about this and I have an extra line on my account that no oneās ever used so I finally filed a fraud report thatās been months ago and Iāve heard nothing from them. Iām very disappointed and I am Iāve already paid like I think 16 installments for $27 a month. It shouldāve been six dollars come to find out the original employees working at that store. Me and my boyfriend were trying to get help from Bradley S with upgrading our new phones, while doing so he said that we had to have the protection plan for the first 30 days and there was no way that we could take it off and we had to have it for at least the first month of having our phones. While in the process of getting our new phones I simply asked what type of plan I had and if I could come in later to upgrade if I wanted to and he said yes you could. Well I had to go back to a different AT&T and had a lady check my account and he upgraded my plan without me knowing, and the lady at the store said we did NOT have to have the protection plan if we didnāt want it. He lied about the protection and upgraded my service without me knowing. This is highly unprofessional and he did things that would benefit him and not his customers the only reason I know that is because the lady told us that he makes money off of that.
