I give this office no stars let me tell you about my experience this office contacted me in November 2022 and said they could save me some money on my car insurance through farmers I said great they moved my insurance to foremost and I would save $100.00 a month great I said sure well they never cancelled my old policy so for 4 months I've paid for my farmers policy and a foremost policy that this office never cancelled I called office in February 2023 talked to Victor said he would call back he never did finally after 2 weeks Derrick called me back. He told me system should of credit me back in 3-5 days then It didn't called back then was then was told they would send check that didn't happen 2 weeks later called again and finally told a date money would be credit back and it was great we'll 4 days later farmers took money back out of my account that day a check showed up it's been a month so farmers have been double dipping for 5 months now .When you call Farmers Corp they can't see my auto policy even though I can see my policy on my farmers login , I'm telling my story to keep someone else from going through the same experience I have been A loyal...
