Not sure why this is a credible FTD florist. I am extremely disappointed with a mum that looks like it was picked up off the discount shelf at your local grocery store selling them out front.

This florist will not answer the phone, messages or send a refund. This is very disappointing being from out of state and cannot just walk in this establishment and tell them what an embarrassment this truly was when my friend sent a pic of the mum
