Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bladensburg

I should've read the reviews prior to ordering here the first time although this is the store that delivers to my home. I wanted to try the Doritos Ranch Papadias. Instead they made and sent me the regular with the regular ranch sauce. Smh, it's a shame how far delivery food service has fallen since things have returned to somewhat normal following the pandemic. I get supporting the cause during the pandemic, I get that. The drivers now expect a certain amount (15-25%+) for a tip or your food may sit through between 2-4 possibly more delivery driver options. I always tip well but that's about to change. I'm tired of being manipulated by these restaurants/carryouts/drivers that offer delivery services. Now they're asking for tips when you walk in to get your own order. One restaurant I planned to make reservations for Mother's day with were tacking on 8% to your bill to make up for pandemic losses and hardships created for the establishment/employees during the pandemic 2 weeks ago and I was still expected to tip. Worst experience ever at Papa John's. The entire crew are confused and have no idea of what they are all doing. I called in to place an order, I arrived at the location 20 minutes after, I was told that the pizza had not been made( can you imagine), I was told by one one crew members that it will be ready within the next 15 minutes, I walked in 20 minutes after and they still couldn't provide me with my order. I met two other customer complaining bitterly about how poor their service is. While waiting in my car, I saw a couple of other customers leaving the store empty handed and looking extremely disappointed. I had to leave just like other customers empty handed after wasting over 45minutes. They all have to be retrained otherwise, the business will collapse within the shortest period of time...
