If I Could Give This Place A ZERO I Would Went Here After Not Going Here For YEARS They Have A $5 Deal Thing I Was Trying Out So I Ordered Online Everyone Who Knows Checkers Know You Go In The Lane That Works For You I Didn't Have A Passenger So I Went On The Side Where I Can Get My Food Apparently They Have A Lane For Online And A Regular Never Knew Again Haven't Been Here In Years I Get To The Mic I Say Im Picking Up My Order Shes Like It's The Other Lane I Said Okay Well There's A Car Behind Me So What Do I Do She Tells Me To Pull Forward Im Thinking Okay Im Going To Get To The Window And Get My Food WRONG I Get To The Window She Tells Me To Get Out Of The Line And Go To The Pick Up Line INSTEAD Of Just Handing Me My Food That Was Literally Behind Her So At This Point I Want My Money Back Because Im Being Inconvenienced For $5 Like Be Foreal When She Could Have Told Me At The Mic Just Pull Through The Line And When You Get To The Front Drive Around Because Your Order Wont Be Ready (Which Said It Would Be Ready At 3:25 ONE Minute After I Was At The Speaker) I Asked For A Manager Because Why Am I Pulling Out Of Line When You Can Literally Just Hand Me The Order Okay I Was In The Wrong Lane But Why Would You Send A CUSTOMER All Around Just To Pick Up An Order The Manager FINALLY Gets To The Window AFTER They're Inside Laughing Taking Forever And Of Course Checkers Stick Together (And He's Just The Worst Definitely Need To Be Demoted) So I Ask For Names Cus I'm Taking It A Step Forward And He Didn't Want To Give Names And Probably Ended Up Giving Me A Fake Name But So What It Was Escalated And It Will Be Handled Save Yourself Time It's Plenty Of Other Checkers That Are Better And More Professional This Would Be My LAST Time Supporting This Location And Probably Checkers Because I Have Went To Other Establishments And Never Had This Issue When I ACCIDENTALLY Went Into The Wrong Lane They Serviced Me And Just Let Me Know Next Time What To Do P.S This Younger Generation Need To Get It Together There Needs To Be A Sweep In Here I’m A Secret Shopper For My Job And Just Imagine If I Was The Secret Shopper Here…. Read moreThis location varies from day to day. They are fairly quick. Make sure to check your bags and food before you leave. We ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. I had to wait which was not a problem but I was in a hurry. As I was pulling away we noticed the sandwhich was fish. I had already left the parking lot had to turn around and go back. When we pulled up they knew their mistake and apologized. I had no problem until I saw what they did. Evidently i got the people behind me order...the employees took the bag I handed them removed the fish sandwhich placed it in the correct bag and handed out the window to the other customer. I had to wait for them to finish my mushroom burger. I was just a little shocked that they took food from me and just gave it to another customer. They didn't even open the sandwhich to check. I mean I could have done anything with that and they would never know. Kinda scary. Haven't been back since and don't plan on it. Read moreI'm very Upset now my Daughter been working at Checkers from March 2021, in busy, and slow Period, a School student, My Daughter just called me that the Manager Bessy Alvarado tell her to leave she's fired, my Daughter told me she was in the Line taking a customer order for some reason the customer was talking fast and low and I couldn't hear, so I ask another staff to assist, Now the Manager just say to me to leave I'm fired, even if I couldn't hear, there wasn't any warning, now my Daughter is a young Student, getting ready to go college, this is her first job and as a student this is how she's been treated, my Daughter been working just to save up for College, I would really would like a explanation if that's how you just Treat staff, That's is the future Generation, and when Society it they Claims they don't have a clue, when they are the ones who should steer the young Generation into the right way, I pray that my Daughter will continue to hold her head up high, cause she's very determined and she will never stop until she reaches her Goal, this is just a worst experience for her...
