Do NOT take anything to this place. Dropped my EGO lawn mower off for a warranty repair, I was told the part was on backorder for about two weeks (which I was fine with). Fast forward, to about a month and a half I called them because I had not heard anything. Advised them I was calling to check the status of my lawn mower I dropped off over a month ago, the gentleman was talking to someone in the background and said “We service lawn mowers here?”. Then came back to the line and said let us find your paperwork and we will call you back. Received a call the next day from a lady who said, we have your lawn mower, we will have it fixed by the end of the week. So I wonder how long the part had actually been there and had I not called how long would it have just sat there. But wait, that’s not all, I get the mower home and take two passes in my yard and the entire rear axel and wheels fall off. Flipped it over to find it’s missing 4 screws that hold the rear axel on. The owner was very unprofessional on the initial phone call; not sure because I am a female. His speech was disrespectful, untactful and very offensive with prejudice overtones. On the 2nd phone call I made to him he did apologize. The next day he sent out a technician who was very pleasant on the phone to let me know he was on his way and collected the diagnosis fee. Unfortunately, the owner never submitted the paperwork to a Home Appliance Warranty I deal with and that he also contracts with. I had to make numerous follow-up calls and he just never responded back. I lost my money with him and the water leak continued. So I had to find another plumber called Paradise Plumbing. I'm so glad I did, because they were very professional and came out and replaced the water heater the same day and submitted the paperwork the very next day. Good thng I decided to check the reviews all because the small thngs to pay attention, so I call the business ( even though I reside in Salisbury) to see if he is able to repair my 50 inch, as he picks up the phn and says hello , I respond “ hi!!
