I have been searching for a company that offers custom sizes of coir door mats and stumbled on Cocomats on Google. I am hosting a 60th anniversary celebration at our home for a circle of college classmates and wanted to renew the doormat insert for our entry foyer mat. When I saw Cocomats offered the exact size I needed, I placed an order online only to discover that in my haste, the size I ordered was incorrect. I canceled that order and reordered the correct size but wasn’t sure my cancellation of the initial order had been received. Two days later, I received a call from Rania who acknowledged the cancellation. We chatted about my order and she asked when my party was scheduled. I gave her the date and she kindly said she would do what she could to get my new mat to me in time for the party. First class customer service. I want to share a positive experience. I ordered a mat that had to fit into a recess in the floor so the measurement had to be exact. When the mat arrived it was 1/4" too large. I contacted CM&M and asked if I tried to trim it myself and it didn't work if they'd still exchange it for a new, correctly sized, mat. I thought it would be easy to trim. They agreed and gave me a 10% refund for my troubles. The trimming was easy with a sharp blade and stout straight edge guide. Erika at CM&M was very responsive. I absolutely love the oversized coco mats for our new backyard oasis! They're perfect. Now, of course, I need one for the front door. I was confused when ordering the third mat and sent an e-mail for clarification because of what I thought was a significant price increase. User error!
