Visited the Aloha Cafe today after seeing a post from a friend that tagged me from Hawai'i. As a Kanaka Maoli, I am always skeptical as to why and who is using the term "Aloha" in their companies name. Walked into Hawaiian reggae and a warm "Alohha" from the owners and the whole Ohana is working there! The vibe is amazing, ambiance felt like home... not some cheesy place trying to appropriate Hawai'i. The food is 'ono! We got 2 lattes.....1 was the macadamia nut which is so sweet and delicious! The other was the toasted marshmallow which was equally amazing but not as sweet as the mac nut. We grabbed a #2 taro waflle with a bunch of fruit on top and my goodness it was enough to share between 2 people! Super fresh and made with love! We was going to walk out but instead asked for a smaller than keiki size shave ice so we could try it and I literally melted into "home" (Hawai'i) mode. I often have to travel to Seattle to get a taste of home but so happy I just need to cross the border to have a piece of Hawai'i with me. Kudos to this Ohana for bringing this to Blaine and I hope they get all the business. As a note.... everything we ordered was made fresh so please be patient with the owners and staff while they're making your meal. Mahalo and A Hui Hou!!

We were excited to check out a recently opened eatery at the Blaine waterfront, eager to support local businesses. Here’s our take:
Food: The menu offers a wide range of options that is unique from other nearby eateries. The food is fresh and flavorful, I think catering well to both Blaine’s summer tourists and locals enjoying a stroll by the waterfront. However we feel there are a lot room to improve the taste of some of the tea.
Atmosphere: The seating is thoughtfully arranged, with over ten small tables for two and a larger table that comfortably seats 6-8 people. The decor is casual with a pinkish floral theme that adds a pleasant touch.
Service: The food was served in large lunchbox containers, even for dine-in customers. While practical for takeout, it falls short on presentation and convenience for those eating in. Additionally, the utensils provided were plastic, which detracts from the overall experience.
Our group of six ordered a variety of food and drinks, and while the young server understandably got a bit mixed up with the order, the small errors were made and corrected. One suggestion: both the order taker and the server could benefit from smiling more, which would add warmth to the service.
Given that the eatery has just opened, I’m hopeful that these service aspects will...

Delicious food for the whole family? Yep! I can't say enough about this place, it's just a dream come true to finally get a spot like this in our quaint little town. I was taken out by my BF for a birthday brunch and I fell in love ❤️. The food was delightful, the service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was chill, relaxing and the decor is awesome. I tried the Waffle with cream, fresh blueberries, strawberries, peaches, almond bits and whipped cream. Bestie had the popcorn chicken with Asian slaw savory waffle and we shared. I ordered a Thai tea with brown sugar Boba and she had a latte that was ginormous and beautiful to look at. The kids were very happy with the blended bubble teas and they loved the popping boba. Everything was off the chain. Mellow reggae music was being played, and I could've hung out in there for hours. Can't recommend this place...
