First time trying planet smoothie, I was not disappointed, I got the captain kid and strawberry colada smoothie The kid was a very good blend of flavor The strawberry colada was a different take on a colada but kinda lacking in either flavor.

The employee was very helpful, especially when giving me her favorite flavors. I barely waited to get my food and for how big the portions are the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Will be back eventually, I love smoothies as much as I love a chicken parm and that's saying...

First time here. Ordered a DELUXE Philly that "Supposed" to consist DOUBLE steak, bell peppers, etc. And I didn't get double steak. I got part chicken and part steak?! No bell peppers?! Horrible! Food was mediocre and it's stupid overpriced!! $20!!! And the tots were super tiny, how are you gonna call it Great Tots but looks some little happy meal size! Just go to McDonald's or if you want some cheesesteaks just go to Jersey Mike. I work across 65 there and told all my coworkers don't bother coming...

Service is the morning is almost non-existent. I’ve visited four times in the morning, placing an order ahead order each time. One time the store was closed, another time the smoothie person didn’t show up so another worker didn’t have the smoothie prepared and wasn’t answering through drive thru so I had to go inside, other two times the workers acted very confused about my pick up order and took almost 25 minutes to make. I would not recommend this...
