DO NOT SHOP HERE! ZERO STARS should be given to this store for their poor customer service. First, the manager is unbelievably rude. I have never had a "manager" be so disrespectful and rude to me. I order a jacket with my son's school on it online for instore pick up. I received an email on 3/16/23 stating the item had arrive and could be picked up. I went in on 4/8/23 to get my item and was told they have it to another mom who's kid attend my son's school because they "thought" it would be easier for me to get it that way. They didn't bother to email me or call me although my contact information was provided on my order, considering that's how they contacted me to let me know I'd arrived. Further, I did not even know who this other woman they gave my item to was. I found her email through the school's directory and emailed to inquire if she did indeed pick up my jacket. Because I never heard back from her and still did not have my item, I called the store 3x to get help and kept being told "a manager would call me back." Finally, after 2 weeks of trying to get help I spoke to the manager. And unbelievably he cut me off as I was explaining and stated they did me a favor by giving a mom at the school my jacket and hung up the phone on me! I called back and they would not even answer the phone! I had to call back from my work phone and inquired when i could I just expect a refund because I'm not hunting down this stranger that was given my item. The manger stated he would not refund me for the jacket I never received until he spoke to that other mom that they gave my jacket to! Despite the fact that the jacket was paid on my credit card with only my name as the purchaser and the person to pick it up. The manager would not give me a timeline and hung up on me again. Thankful my credit card is reimbursing me, but please beware. This was THE MOST AWFUL customer experience I've ever had. Read moreUPDATE: Had to come back here for a soccer jersey, since this is the ONLY store that sells them for BHYSL. I walk in for a black youth large jersey. Owner says "The season already started, we are out of black jerseys, except small, and we are not getting any more in". I said, we were out of town week 1, and need a black jersey. He was extremely rude and condescending and unhelpful. Instead of a normal person saying, I'm so sorry, we will try to get you one or work with you, he immediately gets rude, defensive and blames the customer, for not coming sooner. Owner is an absolute horrible person and how he's still in business is beyond me. Shame on BHYSL for dealing with this store only. It won't let me give 0 Stars, but that's what this store deserves.
I've given this store the benefit of the doubt several times. Not again. The worst customer service and incredibly rude workers and management. Every year I have to go here to get soccer jerseys for my kids. Every year there is some issue (3 years straight). Either they run out of jersey sizes or they run out of numbers. Then they blame the customer for not coming in "sooner". If I came in sooner, then another customer would have been screwed over instead of my kids. It’s my mistake as well for not knowing it was under my wife’s name but they refused a refund for the 2nd order
Not sure I agree with this but lesson learned to make sure all orders match the name
