Melinda! Melinda! Melinda! I give Melinda FIVE stars! She is an amazing person, basically an A N G E L. When I walked in, I heard employees discussing how they feel miss treated. I thought that was unusual… But proceeded to grab a bag of the tastiest weirdest best grapes ever. These grapes look like mini egg plants! Anyway, I I start browsing and noticed that it’s a giant store, very clean, and all the employees 👀 pretty happy and nice. But I burst into laughter when I saw the line for check out. it’s comical. I don’t understand how a store with this system is still in operation.
I should have timed my wait …..but I’d guess at least 10 minutes. Lolol Lolol what!?!!
At 7pm the only way to check out is by using the self check out… There are no cashiers … except my beautiful angel Melinda, who hast to run around like a maniac swiping her badge for people who accidentally bagged their cinnamon toast crunch too fast

Read moreThis store isn't all that great or clean, but my biggest problem is with the management staff. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have any interaction with them, they are nasty, rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Annette especially is frankly the most vicious, nightmarish human being I've ever engaged with at any store in my life, but both managers should be replaced. Ive witnessed them snapping at the elderly for not being familiar with the self checkout interface, accusing customers of stealing, providing inaccurate return information or refusing returns all together, and most of all, just being despicable and cruel. Managers should be the advocates for customers, not make them feel stressed and less than every time they come in. I'm fully aware that times are tough for retail staff, but that's no excuse to go out of your way to treat people poorly on a recurring basis. I will be calling the corporate center despite the fact that I'm sure they'll do nothing. Believe me when I say, RUN, do not walk, to any other Kroger...
Read moreThere are no checkers in the early morning hours, specifically Sunday, 8 - 9AM and I'm not sure how beyond 9AM this exists. This is not an issue for me however I witnessed a customer with a cart of items, a senior citizen, challenged with using the self-checkout and an uninterested Kroger employee (female) doing very little to assist and was dismissive. I was disheartened as the customer was clearly struggling and I was going to offer her assistance, but the employee finally, yet slowly helped a little bit although seemed reluctant. It's shameful. I'm not certain of your specific role responsibilities, but assisting customers should be #1 priority. Nevermind there wasn't enough self-checkouts open for the other customers, but maybe that's an inconvenience for you all as well.
