We booked the event hall to host my sisters wedding in the beginning of November and It’s safe to say it was the biggest mistake ever. I mean where do I even start? When we booked the venue we were told that the chair for the bride and groom was included with the overall cost but a week before the wedding day they told us the chairs aren’t going to be available so we had to go out and find the chairs at the last minute resulting in additional cost from our own pockets. We didn’t mind as much but the real horror came on the day of the reception. So on the day of the wedding the event organizer or manager, Penny, came into the kitchen as we were warming up the food prior to the bride and grooms arrival and started shouting. In fact shouting might be the understatement of the year since there were multiple speakers at maximum volume playing music but you could hear her voice louder. She was SCREAMING in front of our guests saying that we had no right to use the kitchen. So we decided not to escalate the problem and left the kitchen right away. Minutes after, as the bride and groom arrived she came up to my aunt demanding that we leave at that instant and that she’s even throw the money back in our faces as she continuously insulted and called her names and this was all in the first few hours. Later on the night the waiting staff threw away hundreds of silver wear and utensils we personally brought, accused our guests of theft of flower vases and insulted my family. To top it all off, we stepped out for 5 minutes to put stuff in our car and when we returned the decorations were gone! The waiting staff claimed they didn’t see 8-900$ worth of decorations. I mean where did it all go in a matter of minutes? Decorations don’t have feet they can’t just run off!!!!! Moral of the story....unless you have thousands of dollars you’re willing to throw away on a place that isn’t adequately ran, horrible waiting staff and management I won’t advice you to book anything...

All I can say is do not waste your money at this hall. You will be mistreated, disrespected and will have a price change so many times. It was a horrible experience we had at this hall. Where should I begin? Penny is the lady we have dealt with to get the hall. She had a price changed so many times. We have told there is a chair for the bride and groom provided by the venue, but two weeks before the wedding we were told the chairs need to be covered as a result of being in bad shape so we have to rent the chairs. The embarrassing moment for our family was on the day of our ceremony. Penny came in shouting, screaming, insulting guests and family that were in the kitchen helping, mind you using the kitchen was a part of our contract. The horror didn’t stop there. She came after the bride and groom arrived and told our family to leave the hall right away and she will throw the money in our face. She called her supervisor or manager and she was told to leave us alone. Then the servers throw all the real knives in trash which as a person with right mind could understand you need to put sharp material in hazardous containers however it was toss out in to the trash. We have asked why and to stop it but they didn’t. 300 real knives we have bought was thrown like it was nothing. That wasn’t it but all the decorations we have bought and used were gone in matter of going out to the car and coming back inside. We have told by the servers that were there they didn’t see anything. And at the end penny accused our guests stealing of a vase that was provided by the hall.
