Staples — Local services in Bloomfield Township

I like to print cards, and I came across this staples by happy accident !! I just have to say Tiffany and Theresa are AMAZING !! Like beyond AMAZING !! They’re so polite and helpful, and honestly because of these two exceptional women, I’m going to stay with this Staples for my printing needs. They always call to tell me if anything needs to be reformatted and how to do it, and also are so quick to call when my order comes in. It’s hard to get people who really care about whether or not you’re happy with the end product, but they always make sure it’s EXACTLY how you want it. On my last order, after submitting the order, I wanted to change the picture after reformatting it a little differently and they were so patient and said “No problem”. I’m notoriously late in picking up my order, but they always keep it set aside for me… if you need to do anything with regard s to printing, I highly recommend this staples, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the least. The product is top quality, and the experience with the amazing customer service provided by Theresa and Tiffany will honestly be the best !! The woman at the print desk is extremely rude. If you are reading this, you know exactly who you are, and you need to seriously check your attitude.

I came in to print a manual for a boat motor. I'm not familiar with how the print machines work, so I waited politely for assistance. The person working the print section 11.26.2024 from 11:30a to 11:50a was dismissive, rude, and condescending. She generally acted like I was an idiot for asking simple questions. Granted, she answered my questions, but the tone was very rude and dismissive. She looked at my wife with a cocked eyebrow when I asked how the binding of the manual would be performed.

When the binding was taking place, she pulled another employee aside, and began discussing 'drama' about another employee. I stood and waited for my manual. She told me to 'go walk around', so I did, though I didn't need anything.

I came back to see if she was done, and she had the nerve to tell me to 'really, go walk around, or take a seat, because staring at me while I'm doing this making me uncomfortable'

I was experiencing some difficulties trying to place an online order for prints I needed for my sisters baby shower. After my original online order came in incorrectly, I had to be refunded and re-place my order. I opted for in store pick up due to time which is how I came to this store. Tiffany assisted me through most of this interaction. I had so many issues and she remained so polite, incredibly helpful, and she got me the end result I really needed. She took the time to call me as needed when she didn’t think my prints would be acceptable. Ultimately, she delivered a much better option and the price wasn’t far off what I had originally planned to spend! She honestly made this experience such a good one and I can’t speak high enough of her. Theresa was also very kind when I went in to pick up my order.
