I like this place because nobody will try to have small talk with you and thank God because I’m shy.
The partners are too busy getting slammed by the mass orders that come in during drive thru because the line wait is tracked by corporate. So, if you are in a hurry go through the drive through or do mobile order because those have priority based metrics that are tracked.
I had a lot of time, so of course I went inside because I didn’t care if I had to wait long.
Employees seemed very nice, I never talked to them beyond 3 words which I was happy about.
I had coffee earlier so I didn’t even care that the nitro I had was half filled with foam, I took four chugs and finished it in the store before leaving.
They said hi and all that like they have to. This Starbucks reminds me of this coffee shop I went to in the Middle East because they didn’t care about anything either.
I highly recommend this location as it has that upscale and modern look. It also has that same long extended modern couch found in the other locations that have been remodeled in the last few years.
This is a great place if you want somewhere quiet where no one is talking and where hardly anyone will be inside. This Reminds me of the locations in California but with less homeless.
The lighting is done well and there’s a larger table on the side if you are in a wheel chair. I look forward to coming back when I am in the area with immense time to waste and when I don’t feel like talking to anyone. Definitely check this out,...
Read moreGoodbye standards. Today 10am, there was a sign in middle of Drive-thru stating, "Drive-thru Closed." So I drive around, park my car, walk towards store. I'm almost hit by a woman in a white SUV with kids in backseat who saw Drive-thru CLOSED sign and swung her car around without checking for pedestrians. I was all the way to front door to see a teeny tiny handwritten note on interior of door stating "FACILITY CLOSED." (Why didn't the Drive-thru sign read "FACILITY CLOSED" if entire store closed?? Why is an entire coffee shop CLOSED late morning on a Monday?? Is this common practicenow since Covid, stores just randomly closing in middle of work day?) And the week before that, I waited in the Drive-thru line for 10+ minutes, watching 2 cars nearly hit each other, blowing their horns and other cars speeding through tight parking lot with pedestrians, while waiting for a cake pop. I had already been handed my espresso and I literally had to sit and wait with long line backed up because the young person with excessive facial and ear piercings running the bakery counter could not hand the person running the Drive-thru window a pre-cooked, pre-prepared cake pop. No wonder Starbucks are closing...
Read moreI arrived to see a customer complaining that they didn't receive their food. And their order had been stated. It was ready I wanted to place an order but the same. Gentleman had to ring me up. Which was his responsibility to provide the food? Also I asked the 2 other females. If they could take my order and gave them a warm hello and they directed me to wait on him. There was no one in the store and I kind of felt that they just didn't want to help me. I find this a bit odd because I'm a ongoing Starbucks customer. And to have me overlook like this. I guess I will stick to the mobile app or a different location. This is by far the worst service. I've had the heavy set. Black. Gentleman needs to be addressed and let him know to finish his work and stocking. Before the store is open. This was 30 minutes after the store opened, and he was still stocking if he is the cashier and responsible to make the food. Why isn't he doing that instead of stalking? But the other 2 ladies could not have assisted me, it's pretty sad. But they expect tips but I don't feel the service definitely at this location is tip. Worthy customer service is based on the experience This will ultimately...
