Just had a horrible experience with customer service. About a month ago i bought a set of Ralph Lauren sheets that were on sale inside the plastic case . It looked like new- never opened. Well a month later i open the pack and it is missing the flat sheet and the pillowcases. Went to return, no recepit but the credit card i have purchased it to be treated as a "scammer", liar and thief. The manager implied i switched the packaging or stole part of the set and was trying to get away with it. I obviously goy SO MAD at her assumptions that i had to throw an embarassing fit and she finally did my return. How low is the staff to do such serious acusations while i know they can verify the purchase even without a receipt. Shame on you Home Goods manager! You should be more careful when dealing with customers from the Neighborhood. This is the second time i have dealt with rudeness from the staff on these store franchises. You should verify your returns and u obviously don't. I wouldnt have bought the crappy sheets if you actually did your jobs and never had to go through embarrassement due to your own staff's...
Read moreThis store is clean, well-laid out and loaded with a lot of items at great prices. Mom rides in her transporter chair when shopping and we had no problem rolling through each and every isle, in fact we had plenty of room to move over and let other people move through as well.
There are so many departments in this store for every area of the home. Mom and I love the kitchen area where we can browse pots and pans, mugs, wine glasses and an endless array of utensil related items. They have a very nice section of floor rugs as well as unique furniture that is well made. I especially liked the round blue recliner that swiveled and rocked.
There is a very large area for pet lovers where you can find everything to please your pooch or kitty minus the food. Lots of pet beds, toys, pet clothes, leashes, you name it they have it.
If you are in the area near Square Lake and Telegraph come check out this well-stocked,...
Read moreI usually love coming to this store, but today, I had one of the worst experiences. Home Goods is suppose to be a dog friendly store. I brought my PUPPY in the store to help him socialize along with helping him train. He’s always so good when we come to this store too. My puppy was really excited to see this couple, but with his excitement- he barked. The employee at Home Goods told me that I would have to leave if my dog barks. I’m sorry to say, but my puppy is being trained. He is a puppy- he may bark and you can’t just close a dogs mouth. I understand if he is full grown, breaking things and difficult to control, but he was well mannered. He was excited to meet new people and from the sounds of other people, they were very excited to see him. Home Goods just lost a very frequent customer, because you treated me and my...
