Masterpiece Framing + Imaging — Local services in Bloomingdale

When we remodeled our master bath three years ago, we wanted to use framed mirrors painted the same color as the cabinets. We went to Masterpiece Framing and worked with Matt to create two custom framed mirrors that matched both the cabinets perfectly and the style of the bathroom. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable. We were delighted that we had chosen Masterpiece Framing to do this work. The following year, we remodeled our other bathroom and again used Masterpiece to make a custom mirror for it. Once again, Matt did an outstanding job in a short amount of time and for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, two years after the original master bath remodel, the floor and shower tiles were coming loose to such an extent that we had to replace all the tile in the bathroom, which was a huge and expensive project. When it came time to paint the bathroom, we did not want the contractors to remove the mirrors, as we did not want them damaged. I called Matt and asked him to remove and rehang the mirrors when they finished the painting. He readily agreed, removed the mirrors, wrapped them securely and came back to rehang them when the paint was dry. I asked him to charge us to do this work, and he refused. For an Amazon order, this was probabaly the best customer service I have ever received buying a product. It was an Amazon order customized with my name plate. When I got the order, the frame for the medal ran about 4” wide roughly and my medal is 4.5”. It didn't fit in the frame. Product looked great though. I reached out to customer service to get a return and refund and to continue shopping for a frame that fit my medal. Carl got back to me less than 24 hours later, and actually offered to redesign the frame to fit my medal. He said if I wanted the refund they could do that, but wanted to offer the redesign. After seeing the initial quality, it was a no brainer. They printed me a return label, and resized the template to my specific needs and reshipped in a matter of days.
