I paid $103 to ship a package on Saturday for guaranteed next-business-day delivery by 12 PM Monday. Not only did it arrive almost 8 HOURS LATE at 7:50 PM Monday, but UPS is now straight-up lying about it!
I called UPS customer support THREE TIMES, and every time they admitted it was late and said I was eligible for a refund. They told me to call back during business hours on Tuesday to process it.
But when I called back Tuesday morning? Suddenly their system shows it was delivered at 10:37 AM on Monday. WHAT??? I was watching the tracking all day, waiting. This is pure gaslighting. They’re trying to cover up their failure and dodge the refund they promised me.
The staff at the location I used? Useless. Unhelpful and completely dishonest. I feel scammed out of my money.
